Dukkahs are full of flavour, texture and colour and very versatile in the kitchen. Dip crusty bread into oil then dukkah, coat chicken, fish or meats in dukkah and roast or bbq. Sprinkle over cooked vege's or a salad.
Recipe Suggestion: Greek Salad with Dukkah.
Ingredients: 1/3 pack beef & Reef Dukka, lettuce, tomato, cucumber, green capsicum, Fetta cheese, pitted Kalamata olives, Olive oil, lemon juice. Arrange lettuce with sliced tomato, cucumber, capsicum, Fetta cheese and Kalamata olives. Drizzle salad with EV olive oil, lemon juice and sprinkle generously with Dukkah.
