Dukkahs are full of flavour, texture and colour and very versatile in the kitchen. Dip crusty bread into oil then dukkah, coat chicken, fish or meats in dukkah and roast or bbq. Sprinkle over cooked vege's or a salad.
Recipe Suggestion: Vegetable Frittata with Hazelnut Dukkah.
Ingredients: 6 eggs, mixed vegetables(broccoli, zuchini, mushroom, capsicum, onions, tomato), Dukkah.
Whisk eggs until fluffy, add diced vegetables. Pour into a lightly oiled flan dish and sprinkle 1/3 pack of Dukkah over mixture. Bake in moderate oven for 15 minutes or until set Dukkah can also be used for dipping with fresh crusty bread and olive oi.
