Dukkahs are full of flavour, texture and colour and very versatile in the kitchen. Dip crusty bread into oil then dukkah, coat chicken, fish or meats in dukkah and roast or bbq. Sprinkle over cooked vege's or a salad.
Recipe Suggestion: Jackaroo Chicken Schnitzels
Ingredients: chicken breast fillets thinly pounded,1 cup flour, 1 cup breadcrumbs, 2 eggs, 1/2 pack Jackaroo dukkah. Arrange 3 large bowls, 1 with plain flour, 1 with beaten egg,1 with dukkah and breadcrumbs mixed.
Dip chicken breasts into flour then egg then press on firmly with breadcrumb mixture. Fry Schnitzel in hot oil till golden brown on both sides. Serve with garden salad or seasonal vegetables.
