Paella is a Valencian rice dish that originated in its modern form in the mid-19th century. Recipe suggestion: Paella. Ingredients: 5 cups of chicken stock, 2 chorizo sausages, 200g chicken thigh fillets,8 green tiger prawns, 1 brown onion ,1 green capsicum , 2 cups medium rice,1 ripe tomato, 1 cup peas, 1/3 pack Paella blend. Finely chop vegetables and meat. Heat large frying pan, cook chorizo for 1 minute, chicken for 5 minutes and prawn for 2 minutes and set aside. Fry onions & capsicum, add rice, tomato & 1/3 pack Paella spice, heat while stirring and add 1/3 of stock, continue stirring and adding stock until all stock is absorbed. Stir in peas and chopped prawns. Ingredients; cumin, coriander, paprika, garlic, onions, salt, herbs & spices.
