are cooked slowly in open vats to enhance
fruit flavours. Traditional fruit butters
are made with butter and eggs and
is a favourite on toast, scones or desserts.

down over four generations, specialising

sauce are made with a variety of spices

Fresh cream, fruits and high
quality chocolates is used to make our
fruit and chocolate sauces. These sauces
can accompany ice cream, pancakes and
waffles and are delicious for making
smoothies and desserts.
