Dukkahs are full of flavour, texture and colour and very versatile in the kitchen. Dip crusty bread into oil then dukkah, coat chicken, fish or meats in dukkah and roast or bbq. Sprinkle over cooked vege's or a salad.
Recipe Suggestion: Almond Chilli Meat balls.
Ingredients: 750g minced meat, 1 onion diced, 1 egg, 1/2 pack of Indian Chilli dukkah, fresh coriander leaves. Preheat oven to 180c. Mix all ingredients together until well combined. Make little meatballs and place on oven tray. Bake in oven for 15 minutes. Dukkah can also be used for dipping with fresh crusty bread and olive oil.
Ingredients: seeds (sesame, millet, sunflower), salt, capsicum, almond, chilli. chick pea, herb & spices. CONTAINS SESAME.
