Dukkahs are full of flavour, texture and colour and very versatile in the kitchen. Dip crusty bread into oil then dukkah, coat chicken, fish or meats in dukkah and roast or bbq. Sprinkle over cooked vege's or a salad.
Recipe Suggestion: Macadamia & Lemon Myrtle Salmon
Ingredients: 4 pieces of salmon, 2 tlb of Dukkah blend lemon juice, optional fresh red chilli. Preheat frypan.
Place salmon on board lightly coat with oil and rub in Dukkah. Panfry skin side up on low heat with lid on frypan until just cooked. Serve with a sprinkle of chopped chilli and lemon juice.
