Dukkahs are full of flavour, texture and colour and very versatile in the kitchen. Dip crusty bread into oil then dukkah, coat chicken, fish or meats in dukkah and roast or bbq. Sprinkle over cooked vegetables or a salad.
Recipe Suggestion: Spicy Bush Lamb Chops
Ingredients: 6 lamb chops, 1 diced onion, 1 diced capsicum, handful button mushrooms, 1 tablespoon Dukkah. Preheat frypan and add 1 tablespoon oil gently fry the lamb chops on both sides until crispy. Remove from pan, in the juices saut¶? the onion, capsicum and mushrooms and finish with the Dukkah.
